If you want to learn about carpets, go and talk to Peter at Hedgers in Holland Village. You can sign up for a four week course there at the end of which you'll know all about your Kashmiris and your Afghanistans (etc.,) and Tribals / City
Without a background knowledge of carpets its very simple.... you like it.... you can afford it.... you buy it!
