kindergarten : we are also looking

Is there any good kindergarten in central singapore (not east or west anyway), with good teachers, no singlish and where they have mandarin as a second language........besides Eton or Montessori for children?
Just can't find one.

[Yes - but in the north]

Singapore American School has all that - except it's in the north. Good system of school buses though...
