I was in Parkway parade on the weekend and noticed a lot of little girls in ballet outfits. My daughter is 3.5 and very interested in dancing. Does anyone know where she could do lesson son the east coast?

Crestar Learning (I think it's called) runs "bebe ballet" for 3-4 year olds.  The teacher is Miss Pamela, and she is great with the little ones. She also teaches a 4-5 year old class.  It's in the Kinderland (?) building on the plaza opposite Parkway. If you're standing at the kids playground facing Marine Parade Road, the building is right in frontof you.  Registration desk is on the 3rd floor, classes are held one floor further up.

Marine Parade Community Centre next to the library has classes starting from 3 years, reasonably inexpensive and is one of the few ballet classes around to use a real pianist instead of cds.  Classes Saturday am.

Thanks for your replies. Guess we better start looking at 'ballerina' outfits!
