Does anyone know any 'decent' real estate agents for the Novena, Toa Payoh condo area? We already stay in this area, but are hunting for better bargains!!
Also, would anybody know how much do u need to pay the real estate agent for renewal of lease? The houseowner lives abroad and so does need the agent to speak on his behalf, but thats not the case with us.
Also, has anybody recently renegotiated rates on the lower side (as rents have gone down since last year, right?) along with renovation of furniture. Or does it sound too much to ask for?
