I have heard a lot about post natal Malayan binding massages, and I am looking for details.
Has anyone tried them? Are they any good? How much do they cost? Do you know of any of these massage ladies that I could contact?
Thanks a million.

A 1 hour massage and binding session in the comfort of your own home would cost something between S$60 to S$120.

A traditional one would start with applying jamu (a concoction of herbs) for the massage to expel "wind" from the body followed by binding of the abdomen and hips which need to be kept on for minimum 4 hours (the longer you can tolerate, the better).  Once the massage lady finishes binding, she will mix a cup of traditional tea for you.

Have ready a foam mattress to throw on the floor.  You would not want your massage to be done on your own bed as the jamu may stain your bedsheets.  You can get a cheapy mattress from HDB shops.

Search the web for "javanese massage in singapore" as I can't post the company's name here.
