It's been almost 2 months, and starting to have some problems. The morning sick is not that bad, though. Only suddenly I get tired very easily (and I really feel sleepy), and my mood is changes every minute, and it effects my job.

Since I think coffee is not very healthy, so I actually take some cold fresh 'energy drink', but it seems the stomach can't react well, and the result I throw up straight away.

How long is this going to happen? And how to handle it?

fatigue is a very real symptom of pregnancy.  i was completely wiped out with both of mine.  but like most things, it will pass.  you should feel much better in the second trimester.  try and get as much rest as possible.

Is this your 1st pregnancy?  You will soon be faced with other common pregnancy complaints.  So you need to read up in advance to prepare yourself better.

I recommend "Conception, Pregnancy & Birth" from Dr Miriam Stoppard".  Another great book is "What to Expect When You Are Expecting".  There are 2 versions:  UK or US.

Try glucose sweets / drinks if the energy drinks do not go well with your stomach.  My personal fave is a packet of Ribena.  Eat fresh fruits, as an alternative.

How long will it last?  It depends.  If you are lucky, by the commencement of 2nd trimester.  If not, you may suffer it throughout your pregnancy.

All the best.

Try taking a slice of plain toast, no jam or butter.  Plus black tea, don't add anything.  It helps if your other half can prepare this for you and can have the toast and tea first thing you wake up in the morning.   Do this everyday, until you get over the morning sickness.

Also, take frequent smaller meals as you're probably feeling bloated these days.

I'm also expecting.

This is our first and I am 23 weeks now.

My morning sickness lasted until around 20wks and the fatigue though not as bad  hasn't completely gone. I have found on the days where I am more active like getting outside for a walk or something I don't feel so bad. I still often nap during the day though which helps me.

I think you just have to adjust to your changing body and the new demands it has.

One thing I have learned about pregnancy so far is that everyone is different. You just have to see what works for you.

Thanks for all the input!

Ya, I also feel eating more carbohydrate with nothing else, such as plain bread, or even plain rice, helps a lot.

But it's getting worse, especially during trip inside MRT when you can't get a seat. Lately I often have to alight so many times just to sit for awhile and relax.

Pls be careful not to take too much carbohydrates as you may end up with gestational diabetes.  Moderation is important.
