My kids that go to ISS Lower School, and they adore it. It is a small school, and even though it doesn't have all the 'facilities' that other school campuses have, other things far surpass other larger, more popular schools I looked at.  The general feeling around the lower school is friendly, inviting and positive.  All the teachers I have come in contact with are enthusiastic and dedicated and you can tell they have real concern for the students and loyalty to the school.  They have just been IBPYP authorised, and the student population is very diverse as well.  I am very happy as a parent sending my kids there, and wouldn't think of moving them anywhere else. My advice would be to go in for a tour and ask questions...I hope you are as pleased as I am!

Hey, thanks for your reply.  Have been trying to get some feel from anyone with experience with ISS but very little response.  One other question...was there a waiting list to get your child started?

Thanks again for the feedback, greatly appreciated.

As the class sizes are very low, I doubt there is a waiting list, but you can call the Lower School (62355844) and speak to the admissions officer there. I think his name is Clarence. I enrolled my kids during the summer break, and there was no problem getting them in. Good luck!

We have just arrived in Singapore and we have enrolled our kids at ISS during the summer break. From day one the kids love it. It is a small school with not so many facilities, but they really don't need that much when they are that young. The teachers are very professional and I also like the IBPYP program they are running. There is a nice mixture of different nationalities and the classes have I think a maximum of 18. Just go and have a look
