Does anyone have any recommendations for ob-gyns at NUH?

I have just found out that I am pregnant & need to find myself a doctor. NUH is the best location for us so it is a serious contender.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I myself saw A/Prof. Mary Rauff and A/Prof. Ilancheron (male) in NUH and would recommend either. If you do a search on NUH obs/gyn in this section, I think you'll turn up a few threads.

Hi Mum-to-be

I had Mary Rauff (who is now at NUH) for my 1st pregnancy but was not too impressed.  She is VERY rushed and doesn't give you a lot of time but some people are happy with that.   Her scans are about 3 minutes total which had some consequences for us with our 1st baby.  Unfortunately, I had only just arrived in Singapore and she was recommended by another expat who said lots of expats go to her so I thought that sounded good.  I have chosen not to see her this time though.

This time around (I'm 20 weeks) I'm seeing Dr L C Foong who is UK trained.  He is fantastic. He is very warm and friendly and explains EVERYTHING 100%.  I am very, very happy with him.   Give him a try - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
