Novena housing

Hi

My husband is thinking of taking a job in Singapore at TTS hospital and I was wondering about accommodation around Novena. We have 2 small children so would like at least a 3 bedroom apartment. Can anyone suggest a place, and give me any idea about how much rent will be?

hi, we live at deroyale condo its between novena and toa payoh mrt stations.its a brand new building, very nice, as far as i know theres still a few aartments available. we have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchen(1 indoor entertaining, one outdoor wet kitchen)we pay $2800 for it.big ool, kids ool, layground, rock climbing, tennis court, steam room, jacuzzi,etc. its close enough to novena(10-15 min walk) so easy to get to the city, schools and expat shoping novena offers but also close to toa payoh which is a more local area so cheaper prices for shoping and good food.
