it's that time for us to start about fertility.  any advice on where to get things like the thermometer , or Ov Pred Kits, or Folic pills?

is this over the counter stuff or doctor prescribed?  Thanks!

All that stuff can be bought at Guardian.

As for the Ovulation Prediction Kits, the Clear Easy Plan one (sort of the Ferrari of OPKs) is available at the NTUC Healthcare for abotu $300 and the sticks cost an additional $70.   There are a variety from Malaysia and the States.  None are cheap. Its about $10 per test and comes in a package of 6 or 7.  Thermometers are easily bought at any pharmacy.

Have you read Taking Control of Your Fertility yet?  I think its a lot more useful than all this equipment.  My friend got pregnant in two months after giving it a go.

BTW all this stuff doesn't need a prescription.  And get your folic supplements from anywhere but GNC where they rip you off.  Again Guardian was the most reasonable.

buy opks (ovulation predictor kits) over the net. I got mine 25 test strips for US$ 12. MUCH cheaper. Do a search on google, I would guess the links would get deleted if I put them here.

Oh, and I second the Taking Charge of your fertility. It helped me get pregnant fast -  twice!

Increase the frequency to at least once a day and you don't need any tools...

Ooops, don't think so, I was told twice a week, once a day decreases the quality of you know what.
