I want (need) to get dental braces, and went to a dentist at Novena Square. She seemed competent and also well equipped in terms of technology (or so I think.)
She wants to charge me S$4,500 for "Damon" braces (apparently the average treatment time is about 8 months with these, which is quicker than with conventional braces).
I was wondering whether one can negotiate prices for such things here in Singapore, and secondly, if somebody knows whether the price quoted sounds reasonable (my teeth are not very bad, just bad.)
