Can anyone recommend a holiday spot in Asia, within two hours of Singapore, with a great kids club?

We have friends coming to visit from Oz and they are in desperate need of a break. They have a 4 year old and a 6 month old so the kids club would need to cater at least partially to both ages.

Club Med in Bintan and Laguna Beach Club in Phuket should suffice.

Just returned from Laguna Beach Resort in Phuket and it was a great place to stay with our children.  The weather is good at the moment and it is only an hour and a half from Singapore.
