Any good playschool in East Coast ??

We are living in Siglap area and I wonder is there any good playschool nearby which my little girl can spend an hour or hour & a half once or twice a week.

She's going to be 20 months and would like to enrol her to some well-structured class.

JUlia Gabriel at Crescent Road is very good. My 2 year old goes there and absolutely loves it.

I heard so much of JG.  No doubt they're pretty good but it's too much for us.  

Is there any other school in East Coast which is as good as JG.   I would consider also local playschool so that my little girl can pick up Mandarin while we are here.

My daughter goes to Columbus School on Upper east Coast Rd by junction of Lucky Heights. Easily reachable by 14 bus from Siglap. Its a local school but does have expat kiddies that go-at least 6 or 7 to my knowledge. They have a huge garden for the kiddies to play in. They have a class for little ones from about 18 months I think.
Depending on how many times a week you want your child to go obviously affects the price but its quite reasonable and the children can stay for lunch if required.
Might be worth having a look at the place.

My 16mth old goes to Learning Vision at Arthur Road (near Ford Road). I am very pleased with the kindergarten there and he loves going there!
It's a litte further away from Siglap but I guess you could just take a bus down East Coast/Mountbatten Rd...
