Webcams for the home - Feedback Needed

Can anyone tell me more about Webcams.  Where do you get them?  Any advice to give while shopping for them?  They are about SGD 400, ya?  Will I have any problem using them while I am at work?

Anything tricky to know as I am technically all thumbs..

well it depends.... speed of your modem, speed of your works modem, the processor of your computer.......lots of factors involved.

webcam fro S$400...wow that must be some kind of webcam!! For simple use buy a simple webcam, for S$75 you'll have a good quality cam. Have a look at the hardwarezone website, good information. Local brand Creative makes good cams
