Hi everyone, I´d like to know where to buy these backpacks for babies. Since we´re planning a trip to overseas it might be much easier to carry the baby around. From which age on are they suitable? Many thanks for all advices.

Most of the baby places should have them. Try kiddy palace and the like? They are suitable for babies from about 2 months onwards (depending on the carrying position).
If your baby is younger, you could try a sling instead?

I saw a backpack for babies in a shop carrying all sorts of backpacks and camping gear in Centrepoint, 3/F I think, round the back.  I guess these should be good for babies who can hold their heads up.  Let me know. I'm looking for one too but not such a bulky one.

There are two shops in Pennisula Plaza selling them.  One (a specialist climbing shop) sells the expensive brand from NZ - fantastic quality and comfort but really quite pricey.  The other (a general out-doors shop) sells a much cheaper brand from Japan.  We bought it and it has worked perfectly.  Beware the really lightweight frame ones - comfortable for neither baby nor parent.
