He's only 6months with lots of hair with bald spots.
What to do?
Shave bald all over and hope it will all grow evenly?

you have brought back memories of my little boy when he was that age - he looked like a little monk - we shaved his head all over and continued to do so until his hair grew in (at about 2 and a half years!).

If the bald spots are at the back, it's because the hair just wore out while he was turning his head and rolling over. Happened to my son, lots of hair all over except for a few patches at the back. Once he started sitting up and crawling, it grew back.

Ours went totally bald by about 6 months, with the exception of a strip down the middle - looked like a Mohican! we didn't shave him, and it grew back in  its own time- he had a full head at his 1st birthday. I don't think its anything to worry about, but if you are worried, why not mention it to your paedi at his next check up, or pop along to the Mother and Child centre and see what they think?
