Your nickname. Why did you pick your particular nickname?

Mine was one of the appetizers on the snack menu at Mama Africas.  It's a chicken curry served with strips of a foccacio-like bread, but I don't know if its still on the menu.

Because Bertie Wooster used the term & I thought it was a nice sounding word.  He used it with reference to stealing something small.  (eg) 'I snaffled a few cigars from Hughbert Fotherington-Smythe's collection'

However I have now read another of the P G Wodehouse books where he used the term 'Flippertygibbet'.  Am seriously thinking of changing.

I discovered pretty quickly that trying to sign on to anything on the net with my real name just resulted in the response: please choose anothe user name.

So I picked the name of the greatest actor of the shakespearean period.

I chose Kes from Star Trek 'Voyager'

Kes was a curious, adventurous young woman like myself back in 1995.  It was my user name from my IRC days which I used 6 years ago.

I choose this nick 'dolphin' 'cause it's a fun-loving ocean creature.

But in the end she reminded herself who she was.  She just got lost.
