Any camomile tea drinkers here? Please share your experiences regarding its benefits.

It helps to calm you down, especially if you have an upset stomach.

If you are from Mexico, you had to have been raised on good ol' manzanilla.  In our house, it was used for tummy aches or for helping you relax (especially at night if you were having trouble getting to sleep).

I dont know what it does exactly,but I like it & feel relaxed after I have a cup,especially if I have a headache.

It helps to calm & relax a person if one has muscle ache or headache or feel tired.  Able to sleep well if one has insomia.

Great remedy after a hectic day.  Another one is sleepy time (made in Oz) which is a blend of camomile, lemon balm and passion flowers.  Sometimes also called Dream Time.  Available in Market Place, that gourmet supermarket in Tanglin Mall or Jasons.
