I am desparately missing my pickled green chilli's and soya sauce.  Anyone have a recipe for how to make them?

I dont know how long I will last out of Asia - I miss being there - the food - the atmosphere - the food .....

cut chili red or green and add soya sauce

I think you have to soak the green chillies in white vinegar first.  You then add the soya sauce when you want to consume them.
