Can anyone tell me which type of pan is best for deep frying - things like samosas, spring rolls, that kind of stuff. I have been through so many different types of pans and none of them seem to last i.e. they end up with burnt oil around edges etc. I know mustafa has loads, but need to know what type is best e.g. the cast iron ones, steel ones etc
