I'm looking for moulds for making moonckes, both the snowskin type and the baked type. Any ideas where I can find them? TIA

The Redman shops (full name is Boon Huat or similar) do have everything you'd ever need for baking and desserts, incl. Mooncake moulds. They have several branches, a particularly good one is at Holland Village (up the road from Original Sin).

Greetings,
