I saw atora light vegitarian suet in Cold Storage Great World City yesterday.
Suet is the fat from around the kidneys.
I have never seen it here.

Go to the Swiss Butcher on Greenwood, Espirito Santo at GWC, or the Aussie Butcher at Jalan Mera Saga. They should be able to give it to you.

I've used the atora light vegetarian suet in Christmas puddings and it is fine. Not sure about pastry though.
