I have finally gathered all the ingredients together....all organic too -- Miso paste, Mirin, dashi and Udon. Now can any kind souls pass a fail proof recipe to a first time Japanese food cook?

...but a whole book!

The original Wagamama cookbook has been re-released with a DVD to accompany it.

It's the best one I've found so far.
