Will meat continue to marinate in their frozen state?

Good question actually and I'm not sure of the answer, but I know fish does (whether that is relevant or not...?)

I don't think it does when frozen, but it will while in the process of freezing and defrosting.  I often marinate meat prior to freezing, then defrost overnight or during the day in the fridge.  By the time I'm ready to cook it, it's good to go.

Just make sure you don't freeze-defrost-refreeze raw meat because of safety issues.  It is okay to freeze raw-defrost-cook-freeze cooked leftovers.
