On Victoria Street and Ophir Rd. Opposite the Golden Landmark hotel. One block North east of Bugis MRT station.
About 24 small shops in a single story building.  An amazing variety of dried and fresh produce. Some of the people do not speak English and do not know the English or American names for things. It works fine if you simply point. Or if a you have a picture of what you want.
