Hello,
         bought a few too many mangoes (3 to be precise) and now am wondering what to do with them receipe wise.

Any suggestions welcomed!

You could take the flesh off and run it in a blender to make it smooth.  Then throw it in a bowl and add some chopped fresh fruit - apples, bananas, kiwi fruit...anything.  Chill in the fridge and then enjoy. Add some milk or cream just before serving if the consistency is too thick for you. Its really very tasty.

Fav in our house:  Grill some chicken, just plain grilled (broiled for the Americans) serve with salad and fresh mango - totally Yummy!!!

Now, if you want to "tart" it up, mix (mango) with fresh crushed ginger, lime juice and  chilli, if you like.  Or lemon and celantro - you get the picture?

PS: excuse the spelling, I'm very tired and, now, very hungry!!
