Can someone recommend a tailor who is good at making women's clothes.
I visited some of the tailors in Tanglin Shopping Centre last week and they wanted to charge me up to S$1000 for a business suit.
Any good tailors around Scotts Road/Orchard Road that are reasonably priced?
