I would like to bring my bow and arrow back with me from the States this summer so that I can keep my skills sharp.  Can anyone enlighten me on import regulations for this kind of thing?

Also, are there any ranges in Singapore or good hunting in SE Asia?

I have only seen 2 archery ranges here in Singapore (there may be more)

Location:

1) Portsdown Road, just next to the football fields. near that Cold Bar place.

2) Singapore Telecom Archery Club.
Yio Chu Kang Road. On the left if you're travelling on the CTE and exit at Yio CHu Kang Rd.

Not sure about import regulations but there is also an indoor range in Marine Square shopping centre. It is run by Universal Archery ( http://www.ua.com.sg/  )and has a members area where you can use your own equipment.

The Bow is probably considered a Weapon and therefore comes under "Controlled Items". Go to the Travellers link on the Singapore customs web site ( http://www.customs.gov.sg/  )
