10K January 16th?

[10K runner]

I was jogging along by the Esplanade yesterday when I saw a sign for a 10K on 16 Jan. Does anyone know anything more about this race at MacRitchie Resevoir on the 16th?

Its a 10km organised by Swift Running Club.You can get info at Macritchie itself (at Macs Cafe) or on their website (cannot post as BM deletes).There is also a MR25 10km on Sunday 2nd Jan at 7.00 am sharp.One loop of MacRitchie basically.

Is this basically for the MR25 runners? Can anyone participate....?

Anyone can run except for Jim Fixx because he died a long time ago.

This race is organised by Swift AC.Its open to all.I believe there is a 4.2km fun run as well.
