Anyone know about boxercise classes?  They showed one on the new TV channel last weekend but didn't give a name or contact.  Any suggestions?

There's a regular class at the YMCA on Mondays and THursdays.  About $40 a month.

There are classes offered at the The Spa @ Raffles Place on Tuesdays & Fridays from 7:30 - 8:30, but beforewarned, the classes are outdoors!

They offer boxercise classes at Calfornia Fitness, but you have to be a member.

I go to www.kbx.com.au  - they're very good and I really enjoy the classes.  They usually hold classes in condos.  I don't have Louise's (the girl who runs the classes) number on me just now but I'll have a rummage and post it later.
