P1 Pass Extension

Has anyone ever had any experience of applying for an extension to there employment pass before it is even due for re-newal??

My pass was issued in March this year for a period of One Year only, but this is a hassle when applyin for finance / credit cards etc. (infact a absolute nightmare), I know i wont have probems getting it extended at the end of the term, bu just wondered if anyone had a any experience doin this at such an early stage.

Just renewed mine and was told that they will would not accept the application until one month before the due expiry date.

You may want to go down and ask to see if thay will consider it.
