i)no exp

ii)3 yrs exp in MNC with a couple of minor awards?

1. 100k if Ang Mo, 24k if no angmo but graduate, 20k if no angmo no graduate.

2. 100k if Ang Mo, 25k if no angmo but got award but depends on portfolio.

100K ?  Wow !!  1.2 over million a year, that makes a huge salary.  Maybe I should think about a career change....
