Hey guys,,
I have just started a new job at a local brokerage firm (as in Im in my first week) and things are ok, but the money is pretty crappy. It took them 2 weeks to change my DP to a letter of consent and fell greatful for that.
Howeve, I have just been for a few interviews at another place that is offering 75% more money. If they offer me the job, what do I need to do re: employment pass for a dependant pass holder. Obviously it doesnt look to good either.
Im also concerned because it took me 3 months to find this original job...
Im a little bit confused at the moment..

The other employers should be able to arrange the EP for you.  Check this with them - it will also give an indication of how serious they are about offering you the job.

I'd agree with '$makes the world go round' - you'll kick yourself if you don't go for the better offer.  The short time with your current company can easily be explained to a future employer, or just conveniently dropped off your CV.
