"Recruit Newspaper"?

I was in SG last week and noticed a guy reading a Recruit Newspaper with what appeared to be tons of job adverts.  I noticed in passing and did not stop to talk or have a good look but it appeared as though it was a speciality newspaper dedicated to jobs etc.  Is this right?  Where to buy and better yet is it available online?
I am looking for a job in SG and maybe this would be helpful.

That would be the Recruit pull-out from the Saturday edition of the Straits Times. They have job postings daily, but the sat version is the bumper edition with executive/professional postings.

Just 6 mths ago it was huge and capable of killing a small animal. Now it's thin and wimpy...
