This is probably a long shot but does anyone know where I can have a peek at some service level agreement (SLA)? Might be asked to prepare one and would like to see how it's like. It should be IT services related, in case there are other similar agreements around. Thanks.

Do a search on Google and you'll find quite a few examples pop up. You'll also find sites with SLA templates available (for sale)

SLAs will vary depending on what you are trying to do. You should be able to get some clues from these web sites.

Here are some URLs to look at:-
http://www.aaaarch.org/doc13/ServiceLevelAgreement.htm
http://www.idealreview.com/issue/a%20ASP%20Service%20Level%20Agreement.htm
http://www.compassmc.com/
http://www.bitpipe.com/data/rlist?t=itmgmt_10_30_20_2_np

There are also guides for sale. Try searching google for

"Service Level Agreement" Sample

Thanks to all. Yes, I did a google search and unfortunately, most if not all the sites that seemed useful were commercial ones. I'm hoping to get some tips for free...
