I work in helathcare and have been interviewed for a supervisors position at a private hospital here in the CSSPD department. My interview went well and the feeling was well received on both ends. I will be receiving an answer after the first of the new year as everyone is leaving for holidays. At this time, I would like to have a ball park figure as to what to ask for in my salary. The position is mid to low level management and stateside the jobs in this field can pay anywhere from $30-50K per year. If anyone would know what to start off with and if I should ask for any perks or housing allowance. This is my first attempt at employment abroad but my cv/resume and all my educational certifications where in order and impressive enough for them to contact me. I would like some help as to not to come in too low with a figure of course but also not to put myself out of contention by overpricing myself. This is a great opportunity for me and would like some kindly advice. I am here presently residing with my girlfriend and her family but we have our fingers crossed as to good news! Thank you, Randy

I can't help you with the salary questions, but do keep in mind if your girlfriend comes with you to S'pore she may have trouble getting a 'dependents pass' as these are usually given out to married couples only.
As for the job, my partner didn't get the full fantastic expat package that some companies offer, but you do need to way the pros and cons of life experience, travel and what this position my do for your career. The most we got from my partners company was help with visas and the government, everything else is paid for from us.
