Can anyone advise on the current market for Analyst Programmers/CRM Consultants in Singapore. With 6 years experience specializing in VB (not Victoria Bitter!),PL/SQL, Siebel, Oracle 8, MS Access & Cobol, I am looking for an opportunity to work in Singapore, but the jobsites are coming up with residents only need apply. Would greatly appreciate some advise on sites/recruitment agencies or even multi-national that might be hiring Europeans.
