I came to Singapore on an EPEC (Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate) and managed to get a job wihtin a month. The job is not paying as much as I expected, but the profile was good. So I thought  it would be good for a start in a new market.

I have completed almost 2 months and the place is a mess. People are quitting and there is increasing pressure on the existing team. I have been working late nights and on weekends for the last 2 months. when I accepted the offer, I was told that I will be promoted in the next six months. Now my boss tries to avoid me when i start the topic. I am concerned and would like to know if can take up another job. Would there be a problem from MOM in getting my EP, if I get an offer from another company??

as far as I know your potential new employer should help you sort your EP out.
And it shouldn't be a problem really.
Good luck.
