My sister is looking for a job here in singapore but i dunno how to help her.Can someone help me pls.thanks  she has a backround on this.

Human Resourse Management, Security Field, Internal Security, Radio Communication and about CCTV and Logistics works. Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, 12 years experience in law enforcement works.

step 1: Get qualified
step 2: Get experience
step 3: secure position with MNC with operations in singapore
step 4: apply for transfer, on full expat terms
step 5: network network network
step 6: move into new role, continue living expat lifestyle

goes without saying that networking is vital in all the steps, but what i meant by placing it at step 5 was networking in your new-found environment here in singapore...

Maritime security seems big around this region, lots of piracy in the Straits of Malacca.  In tems of local work, not sure how many opportunities there are for a foreigner in law enforcement.  Are there MNC security firms doing local work?

Serious security work is done by the police and military here.  Commercial security work is really low paid, so I doubt they would have imported management.  

It's a niche field, would definitely take some networking but maybe there is something out there.
