Im studying in a private university in Sing. Then i want to take a part time job during my summer holiday to cover my living costs. However, i couldnt find out any one because they ask me PR. So how come i take PR without any jobs in Singapore. If they dont open a way, i feel really tough when i like to stay and work in Singapore after i graduate.

The phone number for the PR Services Centre is 6391 6366 or 6391 6368.  

Ring them and ask them the question.
