Professional pass / Income tax

Could someone tell me how much would be the average salary for a Bioinformatician/Scientist with 5 years expereience and two Master level degree. How about the percentage of Income tax and cost of living in Singapore. Mostly I will move into Singapore with Professional pass. What are advantages my spouse will get If i hold P pass. Can my spouse work in singapore with Dependent status
