Just saw a contract for working in Singapore and it mentions an annual salary + bonus but no 13th month.

Read somewhere that paying a 13th month salary is required by law in Singapore. Is this true ?

If it is not in the contract you do not get it.

Lots of companies pay it but only by agreement and contract - no legal requirement unless agreed. It's not common for expats unless they are employed on local terms.
