You can check out Buona Vista Gardens which is just down the road from Science Park. It is a 10 minute bus ride on the 200 or if you feel up to it, a 1/2 hour walk.

It is a small and very quiet complex ranging from 2+1 to 3+1 bedrooms. There are several units available at the moment, so you should be able to get a good rate.

I live in Heritage View on Dover Rise, and I like it a lot. Many condos in singapore are close to main roads & you can get a lot of traffic noise. I chose this one partly to avoid this. Science Park I is 15-20 mins walk or a short bus ride.
