How to get PR!!!!

I am on Q type EP. I have been in singapore for about 4 months.

I am planning to apply for PR but my company has a policy of not endorsing it.

Do I still have a chance to get PR without company endorsement if I apply on my own.
Should Iapply now or wait for some time..I mean precisely after how many month of stay one should apply for a PR.

I think you still have a chance to get PR without company endorsement but as such there is no rule as to how much a person shoudl have stayed before appling PR.It all depends on the mood of ICA people to grant you PR or not..

I would say you better wait for another 6 months and then apply

From what I observed, yes there is.  If you are just on an EP and want to move to another job, your current EP will just get cancelled.  Most companies that I've talked to wants to get people who are a PR already.
