Are the hospitals out there willing to take british nurses to work in them?? If anyone knows anything, could they get back to me please. Thank you!

A few friends of mine are qualified nurses (expat wives).  Only one bothered to work , because the  pay is not good.  A couple of years ago, it was $11 dollars an hour.  Perhaps someone else could update you on that.  Apparently the responsibility given to nurses is virtually nill - Doctors make most of the decisions a nurse in the UK would make so it's a pretty menial job.  I'm not a nurse though so this information comes second hand.  I doubt you would have problems getting a job.
