This has got to be one of the most striking condo's in Singapore, and the most mysterious. I never see ads for sale or rent - and Ive been looking out for months. Is it nice, and how do you go about renting one? I guess they are very very expensive.....right?......no?
Hmmmmm!

Looks like a stack of portacabins held together with large scaffolding tubes to me.

I live in the penthouse. Its quite a lovely building and our apartment features a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and elevator not to mention the great view from all around.

Prices are not cheap, but plainly worth it.

Expect to pay around $8K + for a 2 bedroom up to $30K + for more luxurious surroundings.

I go past Collonade every day and love that building.  I envy you who live in the penthouse.  Is the interior as interesting?

I'm going for a look today. apparently there are at least two residences there that fit my requirements.

I'd suggest checking with a real estate agent, as possibly they don't advertise.

I looked at condo's in the Colonnades and must say I'm not impressed. Yes, they are HUGE, but there is a serious humidity problem in the building. All condo's I visited (both empty and rented) smelled of damp and fungi. The rented ones actually had de-humidifiers running full time.

I was told by the tenants that there are or have been serious issues with the humidity and leaking aricons even in the renovated apartments. Also the drains in the bathrooms emit a very nasty stench.

Clearly, at the prices they charge I'm not going to contemplate renting anything there.
