hi,

As a Thai, work and stay in Thailand over 180 days but my contract is under Singapore Law as I am employed by a company in Singapore, I would like to know whether the tax shall be paid in Singapore or Thailand.

In case I have to pay the tax in Singapore, I am counted as a non-resdient, therefore I am taxed at a flat rate of 15% on the whole amount of gross income?

e.g, if my monthly gross salary is 10K SGD, how much of the tax I would have to pay -roughly? (without any reliefs, so=1,500 SGD-just simple like that?)

Is there any different regarding the amount of the tax paid if I let the company transfer my salary to my BanK account in Thailand compare to to my Singaporian account?

Thanks for your info.
