contractual job

[another one resigning..]

I have contractual job of 3 years with one of the MNCs here. I have been with the firm for 2 years and feel like resigning now as I am thinking of heading back home.

Any inputs in what kinds of actions or penalties might be taken against me for that matter ?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I would imagine that if you have a contractual job, then you also have a contract?

The contract should spell out the terms of early termination by either party.
