13 month pay

I got a job offer in Marvell Asia (Singapore) and they did not mentioned whether the 13th month pay is included in my monthly salary or do they have 13th month pay?

Any one out there working in Marvell Asia (or previously working with them) care to share?

why don't you ask 'em yourself? it's a reasonable question.

Also, if you're an expat, it's possible that you'll be on a different pay structure from the rest of the company, and just because someone else has got the 13th month doesn't mean that you will.

So your plan is, instead of asking the company, to post on a random message board and hope that someone else that works at the same company replies?

Oh, I just remembered, I work at Marvell.

All staff get 6 months bonus every year.  Really.
