Anacoluthon,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you but I've been out of town.

If you're interested in working in CRM, you may want to contact Keven Barnum at CSFB in Singapore.  He heads up CRM there.

Other people whom you could contact regarding jobs in Investment banking are:-

* Anne O'Keefe - Head of HR, Deutsche Bank Singapore

* Lay Hoon Kwok - Head of HR, JP Morgan

* Nael Islam - Head of HR, CSFB

* Julia Cooper - Senior HR Manager, Citibank

* Joyce Yap - Head of HR, Soc Gen

* Wong Chooi Ling - Head of HR, HSBC

You may want to send your resume to some of the headhunters whom I've listed in my previous messages as well.

Good luck!

HR Manager,

Like Anacoluthon, I am an experienced Banker and (perhaps) like him (...or her) I am quite a 'senior' banker with considerable GM offshore Asian experience.  My impression is that the HR Managers generally (and... no disrespect intended...) are an organisational instrument of senior management to execute all manner of tasks including (junior/mid level) recruitment however, perhaps SENIOR appointments tend to emmanate from the senior line managers rather than HR departments per se?!  I know in my experience if I were seeking a senior banker, it would be unusual to be asking the HR people to do that and perhaps the General Manager/Country Manager/CEO would get involved directly with his personal contacts or Exec Search firms? Do you share this view?

I'd have to agree with BTDT's comments somewhere earlier who advised contacts and luck (timing) was important.
